What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design. Combining several designs? We can be flexible on the per-design count.

How do I get a price quote?

Send us your product type, size, quantity and artwork. We return a detailed quotation within one business day.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Unit pricing drops at higher quantities. Ask for a tiered quote to see the price breaks.
Samples & Customization

Do you offer free samples?

We provide free existing stock samples; you only cover shipping. Custom samples carry a small development fee credited back against your bulk order.

What artwork formats do you accept?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-res raster (PSD, TIFF, PNG at 300 dpi) also works well.

Can you match a specific Pantone color?

Absolutely. Send your Pantone references and we produce a physical strike-off for approval before bulk.
Production & Lead Time

What is the typical lead time?

In-stock products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders take 7 to 25 days depending on quantity and finishing.

How long does sampling take?

Custom samples usually take 5 to 10 days after artwork and color are confirmed.
